Richard Mullowney’s Counter Insurgency Support Office (CISO) indigenous light weight cotton uniform top. The garment has a six button front, two pleated chest pockets, hemmed sleeves and measures out with a 40 inch chest. The piece will come with a autographed photograph of the veteran during his tour, a picture of the veteran holding the top when I purchased it and a Letter of Authenticity from as artifact number APU-152.

In 1967, Richard D. Mullowney Jr served with Military Assistance Command Vietnam Studies and Observations Group (MAC V SOG), Forward Operational Base #3 (FOB#3), Khe Sanh. He later transferred to FOB#4, DaNang, Recon Company, assigned to Recon Team Alaska.
