Wartime, Military Assistance Command Vietnam Studies and Observations Group (MAC V SOG), Forward Operational Base #1 (FOB#1) Phu Bai, end of tour plaque that measures about 9 X 11 inches with a brass presentation plate that reads: SSG LEE E. SINCLAIR, VIETNAM, 12 AUG 67 – 1 MAR 68.

Lee E. Sinclair served two tours in Vietnam. His first tour was in 1967 with Military Assistance Command Vietnam Studies and Observations Group (MAC V SOG), Forward Operational Base #1 (FOB#1), Hatchet Forces. He returned for his second tour in 1969 with MAC V SOG, FOB#1 and later transferred to 5th Special Forces Group (ABN), Recondo School. He was Killed In Action (KIA) on May 29, 1969.
