Wartime, Thai (Thailand) machine embroidered, Military Assistance Command Vietnam Studies and Observation Group (MAC V SOG), Command and Control North (CCN), Recon Team North Carolina, 2nd generation,  pocket patch. The item measures about 5 inches tall and has not been applied.
