Vietnamese General Presentation Adviser Lamp

Army of the Republic of Vietnam presentation lamp awarded to a US Advisor during his tour in 1963 or 64. The lamp with the base measures about 7 inches wide X 11 inches tall and I believe the conk shell is glass. The lamp shell has a small bolt and nut through the base that needs to be tightened, not certain if it works as I do not have a mini bulb, and a brass presentation plate that reads: Presented by: Brigadier General NGUYEN-VAN-LA, Commandant, ALL MILITARY PERSONNEL of The National NCO Academy, Nha trang Vietnam.
