Wartime, Counter Insurgency Support Office (CISO) manufactured round tip bolo that measures about 16 inches overall. The piece was period dismantled, the blade was chromed and engraved: PRESENTED TO, SFC THOMAS B. O’DONNELL, FOR OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AS STOCK RECORDS NCO, HOUSE 50, JULY 1970 – FEBRUARY 1971, a Military Assistance Command Vietnam Studies and Observations Group (MAC V SOG) crest applied to the face, the handles were stained, rivets chromed and reassembled.
