Early, US issued, 1st pattern jungle hat with a intact tag that reads: HAT, JUNGLE AND MOSQUITO NET, sized 6 3/4 and is 1964 dated. The piece has a stain on one side of the brim that can be seen in the pictures and the net is missing.  A nice piece that came from a multi-tour Special Forces veteran.
