ARVN AIRBORNE ADVISOR SET (APU-1055)

US Advisor to the Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN) Airborne camouflage uniform set. The top has a six button front, two vertical chest pockets with modified side zippers and is badged on the left chest with a Vietnamese Jump Statue patch, a hand embroidered US ARMY tape and Basic Airborne Wings, the collar has US Armor Lieutenant insignia and the left sleeve a silk ARVN Airborne patch.  The uniform top  measures out with a 34 inch chest. The matching pants had been modified with interior thigh pockets with zipper closures, have a couple holes that can be seen in the picture and measure out with a 30 inch waist and a 27 inch inseam. It is a nice matched set.
