Wartime, lighter that is engraved on the face TRUNG-TA LUU-YEM, TINH-TROUNG, PHUOC-LONG, VA, TOAN THE, QUAN CAN CHINH, THAN TANG with a Phuoc Long province beer can affixed to the face. The reverse is VIET-NAM , 1967 – 1968 with a dragon. The lighter stands about 2 1/4 inches tall and is in unused condition.
