In 1969, Larry T. White was part of a 1st Special Forces Group (ABN), Snakebite Team assigned to Military Assistance Command Vietnam Studies and Observations Group (MAC V SOG), Command and Control North (CCN), Recon Team Connecticut. He was later reassigned to Command and Control South (CCS).
