There is some damage to the enamel face.

Kara Garland served two tours in Vietnam. His first tour was in 1968 with Military Assistance Command Vietnam Studies and Observations Group (MAC V SOG), Forward Operational Base #3 (FOB#3 Khe Sanh) and was later reassigned to FOB#1 (FOB#1 Phu Bai), Hatchet Forces, Hatchet Force El Dorado. Kara returned for a second tour in 1971, with MAC V SOG, Task Force 2 Advisory Element (TF2AE), Hatchet Forces.

The piece will come with a Letter of Authenticity and a reprinted picture of the veteran during one of his tours.
