SOG KNIFE, IRON GUARD ATTRIBUTED (APK-675)

Wartime, Counter Insurgency Support Office (CISO) procured, Iron Guard SOG Knife that is attributed to a Military Assistance Command Vietnam Studies and Observations Group (MAC V SOG) veteran who served at Command and Control South (CCS) and Command Control North (CCN) Recon Companys.  The knife is a user, measures about 11 inches overall with a 6 inch blued blade that shows rust pitting and sharpening, the leather washer handle is tight but the pommel cap is loose. The piece comes with a matched condition leather scabbard with a period stone. The knife will come with a Letter of Authenticity detaining the veteran’s service, a reprinted picture of him during his tour and a photograph of him holding the piece when I purchased it.
