Wartime, Counter Insurgency Support Office (CISO) procured, Penguin lighter that were acquired for Special Forces as end of the tour awards. This lighter was engraved Conrad “Ben” Baker on the top lid and is in used condition. Ben smoked for many years and later gave this lighter to a fiend.

The piece will come with a Letter of Authenticity and a picture of Ben during this tenure as the Deputy Chief of CISO.
