US issued, 3rd Model poplin uniform top that has been modified with the addition of shoulder epaulets and 3/4 sleeves. The jacket was badged with a Special Forces Shoulder Sleeve Insignia (SSI) on the left sleeve, the left chest had a US Army tape, US Basic Airborne Wings and a Combat Infantryman’s Badge (CIB), the right chest has a name tape that reads: WILLIAMSON with silk ARVN Basic Airborne Wings. The uniform has collar rank insignia and Vietnamese rank center-mass.

The jacket shows light honest wear is labeled, SMALL-SHORT, CHEST: From 33 to 37 in, HEIGHT: Up To 67 inches and is 1967 dated.

The veteran served in Vietnam with 5th Special Forces Group (ABN) in 1968 assignment to A-108 as the Executive Officer and later the Commanding Officer. The item will come with a Letter of Authenticity that details his tour.(APU-292)
