Wartime, Counter Insurgency Support Office (CISO) manufactured tiger stripe camouflage boonie hat with a heavy fade from wear and is about a size 7 1/4.  The piece has a great look to it, is attributed to a Special Forces veteran and author of the book: BATTLE FOR THE CENTRAL HIGHLANDS.
