Wartime, Counter Insurgency Support Office (CISO) procured, tiger stripe pants that were cut into shorts. The garment has a 34 inch waist, hook and loop / Velcro fly, two front, two rear and two cargo pockets. The shorts are in very used condition with tears and holes that can be seen in the pictures.
