The book explains the creation of the Counter Insurgency Support Office (CISO) and the development of the nine different models. The  designs are shown in color photographs (160 knives) with period pictures of them being utilized during The War. The publication also covers the 5th Special Forces Group (ABN) Mess Association knives that were presented to veterans at the completion of their tour.
